Modi calls on President Abdul Hamid


 Indian Prime Narendra Modi has paid a courtesy call on President Abdul Hamid.


He made the courtesy with the president around 7:30 pm on Saturday (March 27).


Earlier, President received Modi with a bouquet when he reached Bangabhaban around 7:30 pm. 


During the meeting, they discussed various issues including relations, development and progress of the two countries. Later, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi signed an inspection book of Bangabhaban.


Modi arrived in Dhaka on a two-day visit on Friday (March 26) to attend the celebrations of Bangabandhu’s birth centenary and the Golden Jubilee of the country’s Independence.
