PM enquiring about Quader’s health condition all time

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has been enquiring about the health condition of Awami League (AL) general secretary and Road, Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader.

She has also requested party leaders and workers not to amass at hospital for continuing his smooth treatment.

Obaidul Quader was admitted to Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) after falling sick early Sunday.

He has been diagnosed with three blocks in his heart.

“A medical board formed for conducting Obaidul Quader’s treatment have identified three coronary artery blockages … One block has already been removed,” said BSMMU vice-chancellor (VC) Dr Kanak Kanti Barua, adding “Quader has been kept under close observation for next 72 hours”.



AL joint general secretary Mahbubul Alam Hanif requested the people of the country to pray for his early recovery.
