Oikyafront candidate Fazle Rabbi dies
Dr TIM Fazle Rabbi Chowdhury, a candidate of Jatiya Oikyafront for Gaibandha-3 constituency, has died.
He breathed his last at 2.20am on Thursday at United Hospital in the city.
He has been suffering from various diseases including bronchitis and high blood pressure.
He left behind his wife, three sons, two daughters and a host of relatives to mourn his death.
Born in Talukjamira village in Palashbari upazila, Fazle Rabbi has been elected MP from Jatiya Party from Gaibandha-3 constituency for six times in 1986, 1988, 1991, 1996, 2001 and 2008.
