Favorable polls atmosphere created in country: CEC
Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) KM Nurul Huda said favorable election atmosphere has been created across the country.
The CEC made the opinion while addressing a training programme at ETI Bhaban in capital’s Agargaon on Thursday.
He said, “We are witnessing that a favorable wind of elections is going on across the country. A spontaneous election-oriented behavior is seen among the people. Enthusiasm is seen in political parties and candidates.”
Pointing to the trainees, the CEC said, “The next parliamentary elections to be held on December 30. Voting is a kind of bond to the Election Commission which will go to your hands for analyzing and distribution. So, be careful.”
Meanwhile, EC secretary Helal Uddin Ahmed and others attended the function.
